2- We also collect data provided by users when editing documents. The user chooses what data they wish to include in their documents and Proposeful is not aware of what data is being inputted by users in documents and does not process or access it except for helping users with support requests, technical difficulties or when necessary for fufilling our services or improving our products.

3- Proposeful also collects data automatically when visiting our website, including IP address, location and browser information.

4- If you connect Proposeful to other software you use, Proposeful can collect data available via the integration and treat as user-provided data.

What Data We Collect When You Accept or Sign Documents

1- Proposeful collects data to identify users and third parties when accepting and signing documents, including name, email address, company, job position, phone number, data pertaining to personal and company documents, personal address, company address, current location, IP address and browser data.

What Data We Collect From Visitors of Our Websites

1- We automatically collect IP address, location and browser data from visitors of our website in order to customize visitor experience, identify returning visits and offer support. We can also collect data from cookies stored in your browser either by us or others.

1- When provided directly by the user or visitor when creating an account, logging in, using or accessing Proposeful, accepting or signing documents.

2- When data belonging to a third party is provided by a user in Proposeful as part of their data in order to use our software.

1- The legal bases of why we collect and process your data is primarily that it's necessary to provide the services requested by you when creating an account and using Proposeful as described in our Terms of Service.

This data is used as part of our client's data. If you input data from third parties in Proposeful, you are responsible for collecting consent for use and storage of such data from the data owner and by fulfilling any requests from the data owner regarding said data.

3- If you connect your Proposeful account to other softwares, we will use data received from other services or made available via these integrations in the same manner as data provided directly by you.

4- Data we colllect is used to understand our clients and visitors, track and improve the performance of our marketing campaigns, improve our product, create new features and services and provide access to documents created on Proposeful.

Who We Share Your Data With

1- If you create documents on Proposeful, data about your account and any data provided in the document will be shared with anyone visiting the document. You can choose what data you input and make available in your documents.

2- When accepting or signing documents, the data we collect will be shared with the document owners and with any other person that acccepts, signs or accesses the document.

3- If you connect your Proposeful account to other software, we will share your account data with them in the same manner as we would make it available to you in order to keep your integrations running.

How We Store Data

1- Proposeful does not own its own data center. All data collected is stored in our hosting providers' datacenters. As explained in our terms of service, Proposeful cannot guarantee data being available for access, backed up or not being lost.

3- Proposeful might move your data and files outside your residing area as our third party service providers have datacenters distributed across different countries.

4- Some of your data might be present in backups, if they exist, unable to being processed, even after it has been deleted from our records.

5- Your data is stored for as long as you stay a paying customer or active user. If you're not an active user, Proposeful may keep your data in order to allow you to continue using them in the future and according to our Terms of Service.

How We Communicate With You

1- Proposeful will send you emails and other notifications regarding activity in your account.

2- Proposeful might send you emails on behalf of clients and users. Treat these messages as messages from them and not from Proposeful.

3- Proposeful will send you marketing messages like newsletters, articles and surveys.

4- Proposeful might call on phone numbers you provided when using Proposeful, when interacting with our staff or on phone numbers publicaly available in order to help you with support requests, if unusual activity is detected in your account or to offer services and products.

7- Data provided when accepting or signing proposals cannot be deleted or changed even if requested in order to fulfill the purpose for which the data was provided by all parties.

8- We might keep some of your data even after you request your data to be deleted in order to have records of your payments, fulfill our contracts, our obligations towards the law and more.

9- If you choose to delete your account, you need to confirm your intention via email and your account and all data will be scheduled to delete. If you do not cancel the request, your data will be deleted from our database and permanently lost.
